Pre-Installation:

Place an empty bucket near the water supply valve

Before installing a smart toilet, you need to conduct a water pressure test and flush the pipes to ensure good flushing performance and prevent sediment and impurities from affecting future use. The specific process is as follows:

  1. Connect the water supply valve and place an empty bucket nearby.
  2. Open the valve and check if the water flow exceeds 1.32 gallons within 15 seconds.
  3. Continue flushing for 1 minute to clear any residual impurities in the pipes.

  1. Place the flange plate into the drainage hole, aligning the arrow on the flange plate with the dashed line on the vertical wall.
  2. Use a marker to mark the positions of the four installation holes on the flange plate.
  3. Use an electric drill to create four 6mm installation holes, then insert four corresponding plastic anchors.
  4. Secure the flange plate in place using the provided screws.
  5. Insert the T-bolts into the flange, and place the plastic gasket.

 Set up the Toilet

  1. Lift the toilet seat from the toilet.

  1. Insert the T-bolts into the ceramic lock screw holes, place flat washers on the T-bolts, and then tighten them with nuts.

  1. Install the toilet seat onto the toilet body by aligning the locating holes on the seat with the locating pins on the ceramic body. Then, firmly press down on the back of the seat with both hands in a horizontal position to ensure the holes are securely seated onto the pins.

Install Angle Valve

  1. Insert the water-saving insert and flat gasket into the 1/2-inch-to-3/4-inch adapter.

  1. Screw the 1/2-inch-to-3/4-inch connector into the angle valve and connect the angle valve to the copper pipe.

  1. Apply a circle of anti-mold sealing silicone at the junction between the toilet and the floor. After the silicone sealant has cured, plug in the power and slowly open the angle valve. Adjust the water pressure to be within 80 PSI and inspect the seals at all connection points.
